Julie Springall

Julie is the main designer and creator at Cakes Nouveaux. She has 20 years experience in all aspects of sugarcraft and has worked at the internationally renowned Jane Asher Party Cakes in Chelsea, London. As Head Decorator, she designed and created cakes for public, royalty, pop and film celebrities, society balls, T.V and media events, charities and corporate functions. She has demonstrated at sugarcraft shows, won several awards at exhibitions and taught her skills to private students at her own school, colleges and primary schools. Julie has also co-authored 2 sugar craft books demonstrating how to create her own designs, Contemporary Wedding Cakes and Classic and Contemporary Christmas Cakes. Both books were published in 2000.
