Keith Miller – Chef Manager

Keith Miller

Chef Manager Keith is a chef by training and has worked in the food industry all his life. Most recently Keith was Executive Development Chef for a large food producer, but his career has included various development roles in food production as well as 15 years as chef lecturer at York College. Keith’s passion for food is as strong as ever and he has considerable knowledge and experience which he is keen to share. He has visited and studied the foods of France, Germany, Spain, North Africa, Thailand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and South Africa. His passion at the moment is Nordic cuisine and the use of natural and foraged ingredients, possibly encouraged by his son who is second chef at Noma Restaurant in Copenhagen, recently voted the best restaurant in the world.

Keith is a member of the advisory board for the Food Development Association, and is a Commandeur de la Comanderie des Cordons Bleus de France - an honour bestowed on him by the gastronomes of Dijon following work he did in Dijon and York as part of the Twin city activities.
