Rob Green
Rob Green is National Seafood Chef of the Year and is chef/owner of the multi award winning Green's Restaurant & Bistro, Whitby. Rob is involved in ongoing TV and radio appearances, and is also a sought after celebrity chef, as well as demonstrating at major food events. His Seafood Master classes are a great opportunity for anyone with an enthusiasm and interest in seafood cuisine for Rob to guide you from sea to plate, and to advise on the best catch for each season. Rob’s classes will help you to develop your knife and filleting skills to create a variety of fish dishes. Rob is National Seafood Chef of the Year, awarded by Seafish, the authority on seafood, in recognition of excellence and sustainable practice. Green's Restaurant is also winner of The White Rose Award for ‘The Taste of Yorkshire’, and The Moors and Coast Tourism award for ‘Best Restaurant’ for the second year running 08/09. Rob supports and works closely with all his local suppliers, to ensure the best of produce from the coast and surrounding farms is used in his restaurant.
