Normandy-born Thierry set up the Dumouchel boulangerie, patisserie and chocolaterie in 1998. Thierry and his team of expert bakers and chocolatiers have become known across Yorkshire for their delicious range of pastries, cakes, breads and chocolate goods. Trained at the renowned food college in Rouen, France, Thierry worked in Paris, London, Sydney and Tokyo before opening Dumouchel Patisserie. As a master of his craft Thierry is often called upon in his role as UK ambassador for the international chocolate company Barry Callebaut and the world-renowned Cointreau to provide demonstrations and also works as a consultant offering advice and guidance to individuals and businesses around the UK.
