Colour me autumn, a truly seasonal preserving workshop making the most of autumns’ bounty of fruit and vegetables featuring Christmas goodies for friends and family. Starting from her home kitchen in Cheshire, Clippy’s Apple Preserves is now stocked nationally from Harvey Nichols to the National Trust. Clippy’s master classes are designed to be fun and informative. Come and join Clippy as she celebrates all things Christmassy. Take home full recipe booklet as well as all your seasonal/Christmas preserves… Book a place on Spring, Summer and Winter and get the Autumn class free! Bring your own jars (you'll need around 12 with lids) or buy them on the day for 50p each.
