SEAFOOD MASTERCLASS…With Rob Green, National Seafood Chef of the Year, and chef/owner of the Multi award winning Green's Restaurant & Bistro, Whitby. The Seafood Master classes are a great opportunity for anyone with an enthusiasm and interest in seafood cuisine for Rob to guide you from sea to plate, and to advise on the best catch for each season. Develop your knife and filleting skills to create a variety of fish dishes, and for Rob to share with you some of Green's secret tried and tested signature dishes. This Master class provides a hands-on opportunity to prepare fish, shellfish, sauces and stocks, including top tips on what to ask for from your local fishmonger. Rob is National Seafood Chef of the Year, awarded by Seafish, the authority on seafood, in recognition of excellence and sustainable practice. Green's Restaurant is also winner of The White Rose Award for ‘The Taste of Yorkshire’, and The Moors and Coast Tourism award for ‘Best Restaurant’ for the second year running 08/09.
