A wonderful way to end your week: Join Prett Tejura for an informative evening where she will introduce the regional Indian cuisine she will be demonstrating and cooking. Prett will talk through the principal ingredients and techniques and you will see a 30 min demonstration. You then get to enjoy an informal meal from the region you have learnt about and talk about the culture and traditions of that area. Finish at 9.30pm-10pm. In October the theme will be Bengali/East Indian food. You will be able to take away some recipes to help you recreate the dishes on your own.
There will also be a opportunity for you to purchase a range of pickles and chutneys and spice boxes as well as the usual products on offer at The Cooking Rooms.
