The Cooking Rooms LLP Terms & Conditions

Reservation & Payment

The Cooking Rooms will provisionally reserve a place upon enquiry and will hold this place for 10 working days. A full confirmation of your booking on a Cooking Rooms class will be made upon receipt of a booking form and full payment.

If the booking form and payment is not received within 10 working days the reservation will be deemed to have been cancelled and the place will be offered to other prospective students.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your confirmed reservation, you must do so in writing by either e-mail or post. If you cancel within the four week period prior to the start of your course, you will be responsible for the full payment of the remaining course fees. The Cooking Rooms will be entitled to reallocate your place without prejudice to the obligation to pay the fees.

Customers attending courses are advised to take out cancellation insurance if they are concerned about needing to cancel for any reason.

Terminations

We reserve the right to terminate the class for any customer without reimbursement of fees if the customer is found to be disruptive to other customers and/or the instructors or is found to behave unlawfully in any way prior to or during the course. Unfortunately, if you or we are forced to terminate your attendance during the course you, your course fees will not be refunded to you.

The Cooking Rooms will be entitled to cancel any course at any time subject to the repayment of any deposit and fees received in respect of the course or the part of the course which has been cancelled.

Health & Safety

Excessive drinking and the use of illegal drugs are not permitted. We expect you to report and pay for any careless damages and breakages to The Cooking Rooms equipment where appropriate. During the course, we advise you to wear lightweight clothing and ensure that long hair is tied back. We advise you to wear non-slip shoes and to ensure your toes are covered. Please advise us at the time of booking of any dietary requirements or food allergies you have.

Personal Property

You must not bring any items of special value onto the Cooking Room's premises. The Cooking Rooms will not accept responsibility for the loss of any personal possessions. Neither do we accept liability for personal injury except as imposed by statute. The Cooking Rooms will not be liable for any loss suffered by you resulting from any event which is beyond the reasonable control of the The Cooking Rooms.
